WHAT IS IT?
Tonia Moon Coaching teaches emotional intelligence (EQ) best practices tailored for those who think and feel deeply. Together, we will focus on finding emotional balance and how to manage it effectively. We will find ways to embrace your sensitive trait, work on your limitations, find ways to improve, and learn new EI skills that you can put into action. As a result, you will gain confidence, clarity, and wisdom.

A lot of emotional intelligence coaching can get stuffy and is often taught with a stoic approach. Tonia Moon’s emotional intelligence program is designed specifically for those who think and feel deeply. The goal is to teach EQ in a way that allows people to embrace all their emotions while learning how to manage them effectively in to live a peaceful live.

The Tonia Moon Coaching model is based on the teachings of Daniel Goleman, a psychologist who founded the four main components of EQ: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Building. EQ best practices here are taught with connection to Elaine N. Aron’s research on the highly sensitive person.
