Emotional Empowerment is a 4-week virtual group workshop that will teach you how to navigate deep emotions and your sensitive trait through self-awareness best practices.
In this workshop, you will gain confidence and clarity by exploring your strengths (and limitations), and who you are at the core. You will learn how to identify, label, and manage deep emotions with the support of a small group.

BECOME MORE SELF-AWARE

This 4-week class is designed as a crash course and provides a high-level overview of what it means to be emotionally intelligent.
At the beginning of each session, there will be an interactive 20-minute lesson on a topic related to self-awareness (scroll down to see session topics by date). We’ll discuss the latest research and science on emotional intelligence, followed by a group discussion — and a little bit of homework (😳!) — don’t worry, it will be worth it!
By becoming self-aware, you’ll gain a better understanding of your emotions on a deeper level and use them to your advantage.

About Shannon

Hello!
I’m an emotional intelligence facilitator and HSP coach. I’m also a highly sensitive person like you! I have years of leadership experience working at startups, small agencies, and tech companies. In the first 10 years of my career, I struggled in management and leadership roles due to a lack of knowledge about my sensitive trait.
After years of emotional intelligence training and studying the ins and outs of what it means to be a highly sensitive person, I developed my own EQ model designed for highly sensitive people.
I founded Tonia Moon to teach, support, and mentor HSPs using emotional intelligence (EQ) best practices.
My mission is to help you feel more confident, find clarity, and feel at peace with your sensitive trait.

This workshop is considered a crash course into self-awareness. Each session builds on to the next. But life happens! If you’re unable to make a session, you will still have access to the digital workbook so you can fully engage in the next discussion. Note: The sessions and workshop discussions will not be recorded and shared.
Absolutely not! This workshop is designed for those who struggle with managing strong emotions, but it also provides a great overview on self-awareness and best practices on how to label your emotions and manage them.
Refunds are accepted up to the when the first session begins. If you have questions about the workshop, please contact me.
This class will be hosted using Zoom and you will need access to high-speed internet to participate. To get the most out of the class, I encourage the use of video, but it is not mandatory.
